Jim Flannery has over 15 years of experience in investing and financing. As a Business Development Associate with Silverlode Consulting, Jim is responsible for cultivating relationships with clients as he works to evaluate and pursue opportunities for growth.
Prior to joining GBX, Jim was responsible for sourcing and procurement of debt financing across a multibillion-dollar industrial portfolio at Industrial Commercial Properties. Jim formerly worked at SITE Centers in Asset Management for the publicly traded retail REIT where he developed proprietary internal business intelligence and reporting analytics. Jim’s work experience also includes time as a consultant with Townhouse Partners as well as private consulting. He has worked on developing, operating, and financing a mixed-use historic real estate conversion in Baltimore, MD with OCRE Inc.
Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
